I would have given 5 stars if OtterBox's lifetime warranty would have replaced my Defender Pro case or at least the broken part. Instead I received a cheap case that doesn't work with the Defender Pro's holster. However, I received the case fairly quick.

The rental process was easy without problems. I would use Outdoorsy again.
