Review of Hallsgreenhouses
Having read some of the recent reviews, I find myself in agreement with many of them - the actual kit is quite well designed (apart from the ridiculously difficult to fit black plastic brackets which hold the glass in place). I recently bought an 8x6 greenhouse. The instructions are dreadfully, dreadfully awful - vague, ambiguous, not in sequence and poorly drawn. Surely if your'e selling an expensive item, there is an onus on you to provide accurate and easy to follow instructions and also number/code each piece properly. I wouldn't recommend this firm.

I bought some walking trousers online.
I was sent a code by email that said '15% of your first order!' (No qualification - just promising 15% off).
This doesn't seem to be the case as the helpful gentleman I spoke to on the Millets phone line gave a convoluted explanation about internal/unseen 'discount lists' - rather like the hokey-hokey - whereby sometimes you get a discount and sometimes you don't.
I couldn't see a reference to this framework anywhere on the website.
What is explicit in the email I was sent is that I can get '15% off my first order!'.
Sadly, this doesn't seem to be the case.

Review of Qatar Airways
Traveled to Asia in July, 22. Out bound tickets changed without any notice. The change showed that I would take off on the second leg BEFORE the first leg flight had landed. The call centre were vague, unprofessional, off-hand and difficult to hear. Further ticket changes just before flying. Check in at Manchester airport was totally and completely shambolic. Further changes to my return leg flight during the holiday.
No opportunity of discussion or redress - just accept the changes or cancel.
Qatar - utterly hopeless, difficult to get hold, vague, unreliable. The uncertainty of what changes they might make next affected the enjoyment of my holiday.

Review of Teachers' Pensions
I'm not surprised that the Trust pilot rating is so low. All aspects of the company - particularly trying to get in touch with them - seem very, very poor.
There seems to be a company policy to ignore, push away and delay responses to members.
Review of Capital Dining Chairs & Upholstery
The chair is nice/what I wanted.
I had to send the first chair back as it was damaged (chips out of the legs). Capital replaced the chair wihouit a quibble within a week.
The second chair was similarly damaged and again Capital offered to replace it and refund my money. I opted for a £30 discount (repaying the marks myself). Transit packaging needs improving - otherwise it’s a decent piece of furniture.
Review of Rugvista
The rug which was sent was not the right colour - RugVista took it back immediately and refunded my money. Excellent customer service - curteous and helpful.

see above - first class, simple booking with lots of information well displayed to make choosing the right flight/price/date very easy.
when booking i always use the ebookers website as a stating point.
