There was a little hiccup with PCR…

There was a little hiccup with PCR tests prior to our cruise. I had a result but my wife did not. A wonderful friendly lady called JULIE GIBSON helped us with minimum information that we could give her (We are in our eighties & it was all a bit confusing to say the least) She patiently untangled the problem and found my wife's certificate. Thank goodness all sorted thanks to Julie. A gold star for her please! Many thanks Julie

I ordered three pairs of chinos in…

I ordered three pairs of chinos in total in two separate orders.(2+1) I am disgusted that you robbed me of £5 because you charged an extra £5 on the single order price. (I am not talking the P&P cost but the extra £5 on the garment. WHY WHY WHY. Its like an OAP going in a supermarket and wanting some apples. They have to pay extra because two bags of apples are to much. Thus they are forced to pay extra from their pensions due to the greed of the supermarket. The same applies to you. As a result I doubt if I will use your company again. I have written this review, but doubt any action or thought will be taken. P.S I am one of those OAP's!

Five star from start to finish.

Its a long since I have been so impressed by the quality of caring, design, and workmanship, when people have done work for me. Strachan are the ACE team by far. From the delightful lady on the phone, the salesman/designer, the guys in the workshop, and finally SUPER Steve who assembled the finished product with a minimum of mess, which he cleared up himself! All of them deserve top marks, and between them they make Strachan top marks in unit design, quality and fitting.

So far so good

So far so good. They have told me how much I am to save, (wonderful) but the whole package has yet to kick in. When I am paying my money to the right place, and payments to my present company stop without any work from me, then I will praise it to the heavens. So far it is all going well, and what they have done to date, plus keeping me updated, then its 5 stars. At the moment, its a work in progress

Thats better.

Ordered two left handed walking sticks.\Guess what:~Yep they sent two RIGHT handed sticks! Even a blind person could have got the order right. They refuse to get my order right & delivered, until they get their wrong order back. They promised to collect on a certain day and nobody came after I waited in all day. Now they claim someone will collect on monday. In the meantime I am still awaiting my order. And by the way, I lost a days pay whilst waiting in, so it makes them very expensive sticks. *** Since placing this report the Complete Care Shop people have got the act together & got me back on stream with my order plus sincere apologies. I accept that, and thanks for sorting it.
