I telephoned the helpline to enquire about delivery, and was greeted by a very pleasant person, not an automated compute. Ordered a new washer/dryer on the Friday evening and it was delivered 9.30 on the Sunday morning. The phone and text updates for delivery time were outstanding. The delivery team was extremely pleasant and polite. They even phoned me 10 minutes before delivery to say they were on their way. High street stores should take note - 2 day free delivery, not £15 delivery sometime in the week. The price was unbeatable. All I can say is for my next appliance I will not be bothering to shop around - Appliances Online will be my first and only choice. Well done, for first rate customer service.
