They went out of their way both to get…

They went out of their way both to get here- there was a crucial road closed- and also when doing the job.

The cleaning was assiduous and professional and they double checked exactly what was required. This is the second time I’ve used Hello services and I will continue as needs across various properties. Sardar was meticulous and very helpful.

Delicious products and great to support Palestinian farmers :)

Delicious products, loved the soaps but best of all was being able to plant olive trees and support Palestinian farmers!

Totally grim experience with the fraud…

Totally grim experience with the fraud team.

I was sent a fraud message and told my card had been blocked, I called the number and spoke to ‘Samir’.
It was a long process and I verified the transactions, answered all the questions and gave all the details they asked of me including my secret question and answer and payments I’d made recently and regular direct debits. Nothing was explained to me including why I needed a verification code, I kept asking and he explained nothing.

After all this he then refused to unblock my card and told me I would have to wait ‘til tomorrow so I can go into a branch with two forms of ID. I don’t have driving license as I live in London and also have Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome, so even getting to the branch is difficult for me.

I can’t believe the arbitrary nature and total lack of information and respect for my custom after over a decade of using NatWest. Time to look at Monzo or Starling bank I think…

Avoid. I never received my test result.

I ordered and paid for one on the 16th of December- ‘result by midnight’.

I sent 3 follow up emails asking for it and all I got back was the same email apology…

delivery service was terrible, never ordering from your site again

The delivery company failed to deliver but instead left cards, despite the fact that I and my flatmate are both in at the time! On top of this, when I followed the instructions on the card the site said it was unable to locate my package and that i ought to call the local customer care centre. Total waste of time and money, very poor service.
