Shocking! Avoid!

I have been trying to return my items - offered a 30% partial refund as a trade off for not returning items. Naturally I want a full refund for the items i don’t want and wish to return. Told it will take several months to process a return and refund and refuse to provide a UK address to return to. The service team are now not responding to me. Absolutely shocking! Avoid!

Review of Green Flag Breakdown Cover

Left stranded 4 hours from home - AVOID - disgraceful and unforgivable service

Despite having insurance cover costing over £1,000 per year, Greenflag refused to help me get home to Manchester leaving me stranded in South Wales on a Friday night going into the bank holiday weekend - literally told to make my own way home despite having the required fully comprehensive insurance. Disgraceful and unforgivable service levels.

Great website, great service and fast delivery!

I ordered One Love Marley Coffee on a Friday afternoon received free delivery and got my order the very next day (on a Saturday!). Great website, easy to use and great service. The coffee tastes bloody good too! Great selection of tea and coffee on the website. They even retweeted me on Twitter. I would definitely recommend CuppaCo.com.
