My story the same as everyone else! Purchased bed through The Bed Supermarket. Zenith emailed and sent text confirming delivery date and time span. I took a day holiday from work then nothing. Email being returned, cannot get through on phone. Now Bed Supermarket not returning my calls. At least I paid using credit card so will be able to get refund.

I called Customer Care and was lucky enough to speak to Shaun Brown. I needed to invest some inheritance gift sums which I wanted to be kept apart from my TP Pension account. Shaun was very patient and carefully took me through the whole process of opening another account online. Well done and thanks!
