Good price easy to use website but had trouble logging on after I purchased the insurance but got through eventually.

Easy installation, nice people and a great price

Excellent apart from trying to phone the day after the initial report asked to press 2 which was for existing reports only to get cut off twice. I then used no 1 for new reports and that was fine.

The Grand Palladium was great and the only downside was the distance from Catania airport to the hotel which is 2 hours but ours was nearly 3 as one family failed to turn up for the coach. It appears that they hired a car instead but failed to tell Jet 2.If I could have found out who they were I could have let his tyres down (only joking) So we arrived at nearly 23.00 hours and thank goodnessfor the Sports bar which remains open until 02.00 and serves lovely food. But great hotel, lovely staff and fantastic weather. But hopefully in future Jet 2 will fly to Palermo airport which is so much closer.

Old pump had ceased and this new pump head made it so easy, no stuck isolating valves or drain down just 4 screws and reconnect wiring. The new pump head is a quality unit at an excellent price and arrived on time.

I have been using Vitabiotics for quite a while and have always found them to be excellent and I guess they still are but I have stopped using them as it is no longer possible to pay with PayPal
