I have found Darren Goodall of Informed Financial Planning to be a very good financial adviser. He asks a lot of questions and really listens to your plans about life going forward. He not only advises how best to structure your finances to achieve those plans but also challenges ideas you may have for better ways of achieving your goals.

Left with a neighbour. Didn't know who. No card put through my door. Didn't recognise picture provided. Fortunately it was an honest neighbour who brought it to my house.

Love this shop and the people who work there. Always a good experience :)

Excellent, relaxed course in good company but to go at your own speed. Got me completely started on crocheting my first blanket/throw.

Hoover contact was very good but report a problem service not available for most of the weekend and then sat in a queue for 25 mins before speaking to someone from 8am on Monday making me late for work.
Not good customer service on the phone from the sub-contractor... can't discuss booking like a human, just kept repeating "I'm just here to make the booking" when you ask a question that might help you with this.
Took a day off for the repairman to come who then couldn't as sick. No contingency plans in place. Happy to expect a customer to take another day off. Received apologies but absolutely no empathy or understanding at all which is when I lost my temper. Unusual for me.
Offered the Saturday which I had no choice but to accept but my wet washing had been stuck in the machine for a week by then.
Repairman who did come out was good. And he did show good customer service but despite knowing the make/model and nature of the fault, a new door would have to be ordered which would either have been another week with no washer or another day off work.
The washer was 3 weeks old when it broke. I opted for the 30 day return policy to retailer.
So not impressed at all with the Hoover product or their repair service in my area who clearly have no contingency plans in place.
Waiting for a new washer and a different brand. I have no confidence in the Hoover product or their Repair service.

Beginners crochet class. Excellent location, atmosphere and tuition. Felt like I really achieved something. :)

Love the furniture. It looks very good. Despite the delivery guys being unable to unpack or build the furniture (that needed building) or take away the packaging, they were really friendly and helpful in leaving things placed best for a short woman to unpack and build on her own. Didn't even have to instruct them, just worked it out for themselves when I said what I wanted...... Having been dreading the delivery, as things rarely seem to go right, I was pleasantly amazed.

Dispatched same day as ordered; perfect.
