It's easy to reorder and collect my prescription and I'm kept upto date all the way through the process which is great. I would recommend a friend or family to receive their prescriptions from superdrug.

Being kept up to date about where parcel is at is great as I can then plan my day around the delivery time slot.

Items arrived quickly and as described (not in apple packaging). 1x item was missing, I emailed Digital Save and they responded promptly and apologised for the missing item and assurred me that the missing item will be sent out 1st class. My above was delivered to my mother yesterday 16 March, 3 days after the intended delivery date.
I know I received an email telling me the order could be delivered late, but I did not expect the flowers to be almost dead; my mother sent me photos and it really spoiled the surprise. She was so disappointed that what should have been a lovely surprise gift looked like they'd been stolen from the local cemetery - clearly packaged without water for 4+ days.
I am disgusted and would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

Booked MOT and service online. Called branch to check if I could drop my car off the night before booking. Spoke to Caroline who was very helpful and friendly. She said it was not a problem and assured me that my car would be locked up overnight. Caroline called the next day as promised with an update and also some recommendations. She was not pushy, just friendly and professional. I asked if Halfords give a discount to NHS workers and they do at 10% which was great. I got a call from Steve to say my car was ready. When I got there my car and paperwork were ready ready. Fantastic service from start to finish. Will definitely be taking my car back to Halfords Loughborough and happy to recommend to family and friends.

Website for ordering my tyres was clear, simple, quick and easy and which offered a discount code - exactly like it should be. I phoned my local branch - spoke to a lovely chap called Andy who told me what to do to get the best price for my tyres (besides the discount).

Easy to book convenient appt online with immediate email confirmation. The technician called on the morning of appt to give an arrival time. He turned up 10 mins early which was fine. He was pleasant and helpful and changed 2x tyres in 20mins flat! I would definitely have no hesitation in using them again.
