Ordered the advent calander when the free gift was supposed to come with it, the calander arrived in good time (haven't opened it yet) but the free gift didn't arrive, which seems to have happened to a number of people judging by the poor feedback on facebook... Anyway we contacted customer services twice, both times they were incredibly unhelpful and did nothing to resolve it except offer a 5% discount off a future purchase... Which is a poor resolution considering theres always a % off 'sale' anyway.

Really unhappy with breathe assured service, less than two weeks until we fly and they've stopped offering the nurse supervised rapid antigen tests.

The email offered an alternative photo upload test option and they will refund £10 when the nurse supervised test is £29 (they offer this photo upload service for £14.99 anyway, and you can't use it to travel!)

So not only have they let me down last minute, they want to offer me a useless test that Ican pay an extra £4 for....?!

Wouldn't recommend the company or service.

*update* I have now received an email back from breathe assured that they will continue with my test as it was pre-booked. Pleased about this however I do feel nervous now if this changes less than 24hr before my flight I will not be able to travel as it will be too short notice to book with another provider.

Competitive price and currys staff in Cannock were great. I ordered online but decided i wanted to exchange for a different product, they sorted this out with no fuss even though it was the end of the day and were really polite and efficient.

Im now waiting for a 3rd delivery from ao.com as my fridge freezer has been delivered twice with a noticeable dent in it. Customer service are good although it takes a long time to get through and the delivery drivers on both visits have been very polite also. Just a shame they keep sending me an inadequate product!

Part of my order was not loaded onto the delivery van today, however driver Alan went above and beyond to make sure I received it and came back outside of his working hours to drop off the missing part. Thank you very much Alan!!

As a buyer this company is horrendous to deal with. Booked a viewing, cancelled it because nobody got back to me to arrange it, so I asked for my details to be removed from the system as we do not have any other properties in mind that they have listed... Now they won't stop calling and I've had to block the number.

Company sends far too much marketing material with the product, this should be reduced as it’s unnecessary and was thrown away.

Product arrived on time and my mi one is awesome, so really pleased with it.

Couple of niggles; the cable in the box was showing wires so I've used a different one for charging and the outside box was damaged, by the looks of it in production as obvious care was taken to package the item. Haven't contacted the seller as these are insignificant issues and would purchase again.

really pleased with my order, arrived promptly and on time. Can't fault the service offered by beauty bay and care was taken to ensure my products arrived in good condition. The only fault was the brushes case was slightly damaged.

I purchased 2 tops, a cardigan and 2 pairs of jeans (which I returned, returns were simple, easy and free which was nice)

The tops i brought lasted a couple of washes but became bobbly, although costing around £10... You can't really complain.

The cardigan is one of my favourites now! Not too thick but still warm, as I am 5ft it would've been great to see a petite range - as it is quite long, possibly something the company could consider, as the company suggest the clothes are for women around 5ft4?

The jeans that I purchased were smaller than I wouldve expected, I take the same size in nearly every shop, so I was suprised to find they were smaller. I returned both pairs and was credited with my refund quickly, the company emails updating you on progress are nice as it means no chasing up!

Overall I would say this is a fantastic shop,
Some products are a real bargain and good quality, some not so much... But the returns are easy, so no problem really! And the delivery was also fast! Will buy from you again!
