It is easy to forget these days how important it is to have fantastic shops and services on the high street, and this is especially true of having a fab opticians! I had been finding that annoyance of sunglasses that had stretched over time and were constantly slipping down my nose. I popped into Haines and Smith of Tetbury and the team couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. For 2 pairs of sunglasses they tightened up and reshaped the arms for a snugger fit and even gave them a clean for me! All of this was a complimentary service and why it's important to support local businesses. Many thanks!

Great experience buying my used Suzuki Swift Sport. The car was really clean and well presented. I was given a personalised walk around video and opted for the delivery option. Chris K was very helpful with answering questions and arranged a 2nd key as the car did not have one. The delivery experience was great and the car was spotless, with service done and full advisory-clear 12 months MOT. I subsequently found one small issue and Chris K sorted it for me very quickly with a spare part. We love our little Suzuki Swift Sport, such character, its like an old-school GTi :-)

Andy is not only a lawn expert, he's also an absolute Gent! He's been looking after our lawn since 2021, and keeps in great shape. Always reliable, and even though Andy's costs have gone up in this time, his prices are very reasonable for the care and attention. Highly recommended!

Eventually got the parts I ordered but they took several weeks to arrive. Reactive parts did see this through, and they are relatively rare parts for a 22 year old bike, but the communication wasn’t great (started well and then deteriorated ) and I had to follow up and ask for updates probably more than 10 times. I was begin to worry they would never arrive. Anyway , all ok in the end

Great help from Mona. She was very patient and knowledgable with my system expansion issues. We worked through the problem together systematically and finally found the issue! The pre-owned extender that I bought to expand my system had somehow shared its only Wifi SSID and password into my existing devices which meant that for one extender there was an unrecognisable WIFI network. I was able to change this and all OK. Thanks again Mona and all the best

Refused to match or discuss best other quotes (which were around £300). I have my bank a/c and mortgage with them. So that's the end of that! I’ll take my business to Admiral

Great service from start to finish. My only complaint is that it could be clearer that whilst the insured postage to the workshop is free, the return costs certainly are not. This is a consideration on a very small repair task (in my case a single missing clasp screw) which made the cost high for a very minor repair. In hindsight, it may been better to find a local authorised dealer, not that there are many Omega ADs near me.

I would certainly consider Luxury Watch Repairs when it is time for a full service.

Its ridiculous that in this day and age, it is not possible to add basic formatting to the advert! The ability to add carriage returns or bullet points, would make the advert far easier to write and read. Its bonkers. listing on eBay looks far more professional and costs £20 not £50.

Perch and Parrow have been fantastic to deal with. The Finn extending dining table and bench are stunning quality and we are delighted with them. We had some minor damage during transit on the table, and Perch and Parrow were fantastic at getting us a replacement, especially given these strange times. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Great company and ethos. My only disappointment is that I've diligently been adding my meter readings on time, and I had assumed that Tonik would correct my monthly direct debit. In fact, we were lulled into a false sense of security whilst accruing a debit balance of over £400! This means that we are now feeling a £50/per month effective increase to our monthly outgoings in one go. I'm still confused why this isn't sorted automatically.
