BILKA was fine but transport company unreliable.
The transaction with BILKA was fine evrything went as it should. I have purchased from Salling group many times without any problems.
The reason for only 3 stars is the transport company they use. I was told it would be delivered on the Friday and waited in all day only to recieve an SMS at 17.15 telling me that it would be delivered on Saturday.
Not good enough guys.

Misleading delivery times 14 weeks instead of 4 weeks
Placed an order for an item that was not in stock but quoted approx. four weeks delivery time. After the four weeks I chased them and told a new expected delivery date. Nothing arrived.
Chased them again and given another new date. Complained and was advised they would escalate the case and come with an alternative and compensation. Received a reply extending the delivery time by another four weeks and no offer of compensation.
I cancelled the order and have bought elsewhere.
Had I waited for their delivery date it would have taken 14 weeks from placing order to receipt of goods.
The moral of this story is dont buy anything from them unless they have it in stock as their delivery promises are BS.

Non existant customer service.
Laptop ordered, confirmation of order received. Goods not supplied and no communication or explanation.
I can understand that sometimes you might not be able to fulfil an order for different reasons. However it is common courtesy to contact the customer and let them know instead of leaving them hanging.
If you treat customers like this before completion of purchase it does not bode well for how you treat customers after a purchase.
