Non existant customer service.

Laptop ordered, confirmation of order received. Goods not supplied and no communication or explanation.

I can understand that sometimes you might not be able to fulfil an order for different reasons. However it is common courtesy to contact the customer and let them know instead of leaving them hanging.

If you treat customers like this before completion of purchase it does not bode well for how you treat customers after a purchase.

I am very sorry to hear that you have not heard anything regarding the delayed delivery. That is unacceptable, of course.

It appears we have some delay on the computer you bought, so I've contacted our storage to see whether we can find an alternative for you with a faster delivery. As soon as I get a reply, we'll contact you and find a solution.
