We went to the Zerofit stand at the Motorcycle show. We met Sam who was incredibly helpful (and very entertaining) and spend so much time giving us advice on what was best for us.

We bought a 315X robot mower in 2020 and it had a major software failure in 2023, rendering the unit unserviceable.
Husqvarna Customer Support has been completely disinterested in helping and simply passed the problem back to the dealer, who has been equally unhelpful.
The mower cost £2,271 and we only had just over 3 summers' use.

She arranged for a replacement boiler (and tap head) to be sent, explaining it was all under warranty. Problem solved in a very friendly way.
