I was renewing as a result of a reminder email from Jordan. I telephoned and spoke to him. All set up.

Not only are the staff professional they are courteous, polite and friendly.

My motor insurance broker whom I have used for years quoted £1360 to renew. I went on to your site and am now covered for about £500 less.

Limped in with a damaged tyre. Half an hour later drove out with replacement and wheels balanced. I have used Protyre Micheldever for years; service always first rate and staff attentive and very courteous.

First rate service at considerably lower cost than Volvo main dealer.

Trustpilot will probably head this as from Pamela as for some reason they put my wife’s name on my account and will not change it!
However the important matter of Completesave. I bought two tickets on Trainline and as a result of that on line transaction I found money taken from the card I used by Completesave. They insist that I filled in a form authorising the debits. Like all the rest of you I know I did not do so. They sent a copy of this so called form which I did not recognise. I accused them of all sorts of skulduggery which they denied but they told me that as I had not made any discounted purchases to which my “membership” had entitled me they would refund the money. My card has been credited with £90 the full amount which they had taken without my authority. So, everyone, keep on at them on line and they should respond in the same way. Good luck.

Like many others I have found Completesave taking £15 from my bank. I have never heard of this outfit. My bank’s fraud department refuse to treat this as fraud as they say I must have signed up. I have never signed up. Only a fool would knowingly spend £15 pounds a month for future discounts.
I shall pursue this with my bank as it is imperative that all banks immediately recognise these fraudsters and block all their attempts to set up unauthorised debits.

I first met Ms Amerasinghe a few years ago. She performed a Trabeculectomy on my left eye and an Aqeous Shunt Implantation on my right eye in Southampton hospital. I understand this is a very complicated operation. Both have been highly successful.I cannot praise her work highly enough.Without her I would probably have lost my sight by now.
I have complete trust in her capabilities.It is always a delight to see her for all my check-ups.In my opinion I could have gone to nobody better. I am very grateful I was recommended by a friend.

You have ascribed my revue of Benenden to my wife Pamela. She does not have a policy with this company, so you have caused acute embarrassment. Why do you make such an assumtion

I really did not know what to expect for under £10 a month, as it was when I jjoined a few years ago. When I enquired about claiming last year the response was immediate and positive. Everything thoroughly explained by tremendously helpful staff. I know people who pay premiums of thousands a year and warrant they could not have a better service than that given by Benenden.

My aunt loved the flowers I sent her. I had not heard of you until my husband sent me Valentine roses through eFlorist. They were brilliant and lasted ages. Full marks.

Really helpful and knowledgable staff. We had originally booked Turtle Beach where I stayed 14 years ago. We had a terrible report and changed to Coco Reef. We spoke to people in Tobago, including crew of Island Girl , who all said Turtle Reef was now terrible. Just feel that Tropical Sky should be cautious about recommending clients to Turtle Beach.

My wife Pamela bought some wellies from you, so I bought the same make. Then, stupidly threw away the paper work etc before taking them for a long walk with the dogs. Disaster. Four miles later these now muddy boots made my ankles feel as if attacked by a pickaxe handle. Well, there is about £50 down the drain I thought. Then I sent an email to Easy Wellies saying what a clot I had been. Instant response from James saying send them back. No hastle, no ifs and buts. Do I really deserve such consideration? Well, you think so, and you receive my thanks.
