I ordered two matching doormats but The warehouse made an error and one of the mats that was delivered was the wrong colour. The customer services answered my e Mail sent through their website very quickly and without hesitation agreed that there had been an error. Immediately arranged for a replacement and sent to me by e Mail a DPD returns label. Friendly, responsive and rapid customer service.

I had to endure Four failures of notified delivery days before my damaged package arrived. Impossible to get an answer from your customer non-service systems (phone, email and digital assistant). Everything geared to standard queries and unable to give an explanation when an item is constantly delayed or sent to the wrong UPS location. Please think of giving an answer to the customer not how can to make it a de-personalised function by only answering standard FAQ’s
