Plumbs (initially as Plumb and Webb) have provided our milk delivery since 1969 and have followed us to other addresses since. Have never failed to deliver even when the roads were impassable with snow.
They have a good range of products, not just dairy, at good prices.
Will continue to be their customers unless we move completely out of their area.

Having had the lantern blind in place during some of the recent very hot weather we are very pleased to have it installed in time to reduce the sun's heat in our garden room. Installing it ourselves we appreciated the emphasis on precise measurement accuracy pre ordering. The pre sales literature clearly defined the types of blind and the benefits of the different options. The assembly and installation guide was good and helpful but could be edited to improve some point in the process. The customer support team were excellent throughout the order, dispatch and post delivery support (Naomi was great). We consider this a very cost effective purchase.

Following an email advising me of the upcoming end of my 12 month fixed price agreement I wanted to know if the new 12M quoted unit costs reflected the new cost limits form the energy regulator.

Since giving our dog Yumove his mobility has improved substantially and we wil continue to give him his two tablets a day with his food. Having delivery/order on a regular basis saves having to worry about running out of tablets at any time.
It is good to know that I have account control such as when a friend gave us their surplus tablets and I was able to suspend delivery of my regular order - great customer service
