Things can go wrong but when they do, their customer service is absolutely appalling , they have someone called Vesna who has absolutely no common sense, having arranged an airport pick up the driver apparently tracked the flight & turned up at the airport when the flight landed, didn't allow any time for luggage claim, passport controls & left before we were at arrivals, even though we were there 45 mins before the actual time booked. Then she refused a refund to cap it all off!

Must have the worst & most stupid customer services ever,I was communicating with someone called Vesna,
I booked a taxi transfer from Hyderabad India to a local hotel for 7pm for a flight landing @ 6.15 am.
They asked for the flight details but when we arrived at the airport there was no sign of the taxi driver at all,
as the flight arrived a bit early , we were through customs/baggage claim at 6.10am so thought we should wait until after the pick up time of 7am, in fact we waited until 7.30am before making alternative arrangements.
Although we didn’t make a fuss as things do sometimes go wrong, we obviously were expecting a refund only to be told that it was our fault as the driver thought that as soon as the flight landed you should be ready & waiting outside so apparently he got there around 5am as he tracked the flight, which I guess landed around 5.30am & he left sometime before 6.10 am when we arrived, so be very careful using this company, I would suggest Booking.com as an alternative, where we’ve never had any issues.
