The product & the professional packaging were impressive. However, the delivery service, DHL, was appalling. I was waiting by the front door & a passing dog walker witnessed the delivery man throwing the package over the side gate at the back of my cottage. ( I didn't see this myself.) As I went to the front gate, he was driving away. That's why your professional care was so important. I've put in another order on the strength of your care & product, but would prefer you use another carrier. I don't believe in rewarding a poor service. Thank you & well done!

Prices are always competitive & deliveries are always on time. When looking for unusual or old books WOB is my first port of call. Keep up the good work.

The service delivery was second to none. The delivery updates were very helpful so I didn't have to wait hours wondering when they would arrive. The delivery men couldn't have been more helpful, full marks guys! The flat pack construction had fairly good directions, but when it came to centralizing table top & leg frame it became hard. No template, so had to do it by eye & measuring. Not ideal. Same with the chair seats. The glue could have been provided in a bottle, not sachets. It was hard to direct placement with them. Otherwise, construction was painless.

The ao service was polite & good. However, when the Beko freezer was delivered, the man told me that another customer had signed my box by mistake & I should sign his. When I politely declined, he was clearly annoyed with me, making me feel uncomfortable. He took back the form, arrowed the other signature to the correct box, then handed it back to me to sign. This attitude lost you two stars.

After receiving two text messages on the 27th June 2014, stating the delivery would within 24 hours, I spent the entire 28th June 2014 hanging around for a delivery which didn't come. As many companies make deliveries over the weekend I assumed, wrongly, that Homebase also gave this service, since you stated my delivery would be within 24 hours. So, my was Saturday completely wasted, I am not happy with your service.

I am very pleased with my order of mealworms (5kg), the price was competitive & it arrived in a couple of days. The packaging was very good & arrived with a smiling delivery man. What more can one ask?
Overall, very pleased & I will definitely re-order when the time comes. Thank you.

I e-mailed you two days ago to inform you of an order which was short. You replied saying the remainder would be sent to me via express delivery. I still have not received a completed order.
