Excellent start, but arrived in size 39 when I am a 44, I mailed and got a very quick response saying I had ordered a size 39. I asked if I could return them for a size 44, I was told no problem but at my expense to Holland. I filled in the return form asking for a size change, several days later but no further contact I received a refund, not a replacement of it size 44 that I originally ordered, I did check that day on the website and they were showing in stock still.

Great product, but I ordered three pairs of Klim Baja S4 gloves in L and only received two, I then received a refund for one pare which is not what I ordered, after at least 10 emails asking for another pair from Gavin for the same price as I had ordered them for Gavin’s final email said he couldn’t supply me another pair even though they were and still are in stock and told me that it was his last contact with me.!!!!

Normally I would give 4 stars as the delivery is not very quick but everything else is excellent, this time I ordered 3 items all the same but different colours and all in the same size, I had an email several days later to say part of my order was out of stock! Within an hour I replied saying I was happy with any other colour in the same size.
I later got a credit for one of the 3 identical priced items.
I need the 3 item which you have asked me to reorder but now it will be full price and no free carriage as the order is no longer over £100 and eligible for free carriage.!!!

No good, sent yesterday Friday 19th and arrived at Nottingham office 3.40 am for a am delivery and I had paid for that..!!
My customer had at morning of work and no delivery.

Fantastic service and until this year when the advance time was changed from 20 mins to 45 mins check in I would have given you 5 stars, unfortunately the M20-M23 ongoing road works have also added to the disappoint.

Fantastic value for money, not to sure about instruction book though and reading reviews it looks like there may be a cd or driver with some cameras, but not mine. It would of made it much quicker to get to grips with.
