When I'm looking for contractors for various jobs in my small property business, I trust Trustpilot. It has been a great help to me over the years. After a bad experience with one company, I started checking track records and found Trustplot, which has, without exception, provided a positive experience.

I own a small property business and Speirs Gumley factor two of the three properties in which I own flats. Without hesitation, I can say that they consistently do an excellent job. To my annoyance, I recently had reason to revisit 2021 when a retrospective question came up from a tax office regarding property expenses. One call to Bruce McKerrow, Property Manager, and I had their complete statement for the relevant 12 months emailed to me, and it made a significant contribution to enabling me to address the potential problem and make it disappear. I have been trying, ay Wise's instruction. to verify the source I used for a payment. When it fails it's not sufficiently clear as to what I can do. Please clarify t?

I like FP, but as I often block book cards for two or three birthdays ahead, I get frustrated as I can only see on their website cards already sent, not purchased and still to be sent. As I'd forgotten one card, I ended up feeling silly as I sent another one. That may be good for FP, but is very frustrating for their customers and in these days when customer service is increasingly important, FB are risking losing business to competitors.

I am pleased with both the rates and service I receive from FAIRFX and will be using the organisation again.

FP has great cards and great service both online and off. What would help is the ability to select a card and wording you've used before, and tweak it to use for someone else. I'm lazy and so are other users, so please make it as easy as possible. I tried to do just that recently and it caused me problems. Thanks to the call centre girl who promptly cancelled the card (it tried to send it to the original person) and refunded the payment.

I was delighted to find the products on the site and the prices were great. Sadly I live in Spain and the company declined to combine the delivery costs and I had to pay exactly twice the cost of delivevery. At 40`pounds it was steep and would certainly make me consider other options before I would purchase from them again. Without exception, other sellers have offered a reduced, combined, cost for delivery when I have previously purchased on line.
