Having trawled the internet for modern stylish quality flowers Prestige Flowers were a cut above the rest (pardon the pun!).

However I was let down by poor telephone service. I wanted to check if I could bring a next day only delivery service to same day, however I was on hold from 9:00am until 9:30am to ask the question and was then abruptly cut off

This was an anniversary gift. They were delivered on time and my wife loved the flowers - the fact that you can choose a vase is a nice touch, shame they didn't pre-arrange them in the vase. I will be using Serenata again

Booking my MOT was effortless, I was directed to your website from my email address and took advantage of a 1/2 price MOT option

Just ordered another 2 tyres for my Volvo C70 to be fitted on 26th Sep, so I am happy on the whole

One slight gripe, I ordered 2 tyres last month but they were delivered to the wrong National Tyres fitting station and the tyre fitter had to go and fetch them which was a waste of time, the Elmshot Lane fitter commented that "tyre shopper always deliver to the same depot in Slough regardless of whether it is the correct location or not"...must be inconvenient for the fitter as well as the customer

The website stated that the goods would be shipped by the quickest method possible and it was confirmed the item (a tap)was in stock when the order was placed

On that basis the tap was ordered on Friday am and I was hoping that we would recieve delivery by Saturday, unfortunately not, it did not arrive until Tues the following week, leaving us without water in the kitchen for 4 days which was quite inconvenient.

Apart from that everything was ok
