I have starting making inroads into the large bag of Kilimanjaro ground coffee and so far I have enjoyed every drop. I was hesitant to change suppliers but my usual source didn't have stock. I was also hesitant to commit to such a large bag - what if I didn't like it? Fortunately it ticks all the right boxes for me. (For info: I use an Aeropress filled to level 4 with water at 80C, and add a teaspoon of Monin vanilla syrup to my mug - two if I am feeling decadent.)

They used Evri as the courier so my parcel has not been delivered. The photo "evidence" from the delivery was the wrong parcel at the wrong address.

I had a problem with my bank authorising payment and Edward was very patient whilst I dealt with that. Made sure everything was in place. Looking forward to my short notice break next week.

I ordered a standard fuschia bush The advert showed a glorious, very attractive plant. I received a sorry-looking damaged specimen that probably would have been in the reduced/reject section at a garden centre. I complained. A replacement was sent out... and that one was even worse.

Materials arrived good and early in the morning. Can get down to work without delays. Friendly delivery driver.

The patrol van arrived when promised.
The driver was able to fix the problem quickly (deep discharge of the battery from standing idle for too long) and she was able to suggest some ways to avoid it future (apart from the obvious ones of driving the car every now and then, or getting a new battery!) Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

The aircast arrived earlier than promised (first class). I've been wearing it since to reduce the pain while walking (difficult to stop using your foot). Recovery from strained ligaments takes time. So far so good.
