Ordered a suit over 20 days ago, it’s still not arrived. Pretty poor really Ordered July 1st day one, 5th a Friday day 5. 8-12th 5 days (that’s 10) 15-19th 5 days ( that’s 15) 22-26th 5 days (hmmm I make that 20 working days) not the 29th This is the only company I have dealt with that leaves it right to the last minute to send stuff, as I said pretty poor service

Apologies for the wait, I can see you ordered a suit on the 1st of July at 07:50pm with the delivery option of 20 working days, counting the first full working day at the 2nd, the 20th working day for this is the 29th of July. We will email you to see if you would like to upgrade the shipping for this order. We try to give accurate lead times as possible, if we say it will take 20 working days we will send it out at 20 working days, if you ordered with next day delivery we would send with next day delivery. I can see that you ordered another item with 2-3 working days delivery and this was delivered on the 3rd working day. Again apologies for the delay. Once you have the suit please let us know how it fits!
You need a more in depth analysis of the person walking to try and get the distance between refuges in line with their fitness. I have had days of 18km and days of 6km which means you are hanging around the next refuge sometimes waiting to book in. Or trying to find something else to do.I know it's tough trying to find available refuge space but 6km is just a waste of a day 18km, though tough, on the terrain meant you had a full day

Package has arrived. Well packed and in excellent condition. Got to say I'm very impressed with Snowleader and would not hesitate to recommend them, they were by far the best for price and choice of equipment

Im just hoping everything goes smoother than the last time. Well I'm justified. The day before my delivery. Oh supplier problems can't get your shower tray till December. Utter crap you probably dropped it and broke it, otherwise why wasn't I informed earlier about "supplier" problems. Your service is deplorable .

ProCook Gourmet, never had a problem with the pans, asked customer service for advice on whether they could be used on induction hobs and got a very prompt and informative reply. Its the kind of service I expected
