Everything seems fine until you need help…
Took an eternity for someone to answer the phone, was told someone would call back, twice, no one did. The after pairing new device the bae unit became faulty, then chaos ensued.. emergency call staff speaking through base unit, automated voice response talking through base unit, landline phone called by emergency response staff, whilst simultaneously trying to talk to customer services via my mobile. Nobody took control, promises made by customer service that tech team will respond, they didn’t for two days leaving my elderly father without a functioning fall alarm.
Far too many different people dealing (or not dealing as it turned out) with the problem, so much time wasted on the phone, it was stressful and forces me to rethink whether LifeConnect are the right provider
