Everything seems fine until you need help…

Took an eternity for someone to answer the phone, was told someone would call back, twice, no one did. The after pairing new device the bae unit became faulty, then chaos ensued.. emergency call staff speaking through base unit, automated voice response talking through base unit, landline phone called by emergency response staff, whilst simultaneously trying to talk to customer services via my mobile. Nobody took control, promises made by customer service that tech team will respond, they didn’t for two days leaving my elderly father without a functioning fall alarm.
Far too many different people dealing (or not dealing as it turned out) with the problem, so much time wasted on the phone, it was stressful and forces me to rethink whether LifeConnect are the right provider

From minute one Strakers were on point

From minute one where Chris visited our home and provided advice and a valuation right up until completion, dealing with Strakers has been a pleasure. Communication was always good, particularly during our second sale attempt where manager Marianne Owens became directly involved, we cannot praise Marianne enough for her knowledge and expertise, her influence helped us enormously and we will always be grateful for her personal touch, her efforts went beyond in our opinion. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Strakers to anyone needing an agent

Last time I buy from here

They sell rough as f*** first off samples, albeit at discounted prices and then refuse returns when you complain about quality. Polite customer services I must say but shocked at how bad some of their gear is

These plates were sold in our Yard Sale and all of these items were described as goods which had been damaged, had cosmetic defects or had parts missing and so these items were not able to be returned.

Thanks for taking time in leaving us this review.

Normally all samples are sent by Next Day service using DHL or DPD.
After investigating we found that DHL lost the sample and didn't inform us hence causing the delay.
Hope you received the replacement sample by DPD.

Flowers were ok, Yodel courier, utter c####

Flowers were ok, customer service was ok, delivery service provided by Yodel, absolutely f’in appalling.. Yodel are without question the worst courier service in the country, doesn’t matter who I order through, Yodel fail to deliver and then to add insult to injury, lie about why your parcel didn’t arrive. So I’m sorry Serenata but whilst you ally yourselves to Yodel, I will never order from you again.. my 10 year anniversary was ultimately ruined

clearly a cut above...

They have some of the best sports supplements on the market today, they clearly made it their aim to achieve market domination some years ago and it’s difficult to argue they did just that.
I don’t go anywhere else for my nut butters or protein powder, you can kid yourself it’s worth looking but it just isn’t, bulk powders have it sewn up. If I have one complaint it’s the sales tactics, years ago government forced companies to tax products such os these, you took it on the chin for a while then somehow prices appeared to come down through various offers, but now it feels like DFS, there’s always a sale, I just wish the price was the price so you didn’t have to panic that you’d been mugged off by missing some important sale deadline.. after all athletes need their supplements, you can’t trick me me into buying something I don’t need and I won’t go without because a sale is or isn’t on, if you train you need yo sh#t, period.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. In an age where after care from online companies is virtually non existent, Country Attire couldn’t have done more or been nicer. If you want the personal touch from people you don’t really see, look no further. Incredible performance

If you're paying a certain amount for logs their quality should be a given, as they are from logs direct.. what is never a given is customer service, the gentleman that processed my order could not have done more. For that reason alone I'd definitely buy from here again.

Always reliable, people you feel you can trust

I've used Dialaflight three or four times now and each time it's been a simple pain free experience. Harvey Edwards has been the guy I've dealt with, always quick to respond, always knowledgable about your options, always patient no matter how many times you change your mind or questions you think of.
If I'm going somewhere Dialaflight are my goto firm for fixing everything up. Their app is also really useful for staying abreast of things related to your trip, you never need to panic cuz you have it all there at the touch of a button.

Sister and her husband were happy with their flowers, arrived as planned, all good, well almost, the price I saw on the flowers was 25% short of what I ended up paying, £8 delivery is a lot in my opinion, happy to pay good money for nice flowers but does it really cost £8 for a local florist to deliver them!?

Excessive, almost hidden costs really sours the experience

Ebay police things WAY too closely, I got penalised for advertising my brand new Adidas trainers with an image i found online, my auction was removed all because i hadn't taken a picture of my actual trainers.. ridiculous, the photo I found was better than any I could've taken and my product was the very same, not a replica.
But my main bug bear about Ebay and PayPal for that matter is the cut they want from my business, not that I am a business, I'm just someone trying to recoup some cash from bad purchases, seems these damn sites wouldn't be here if it wasn't for customers like me, doesn't stop them wanting something for nothing, sometimes selling your stuff is pointless.
Finally the fixed postage prices Ebay set are ludicrous... get a grip Ebay, your nothing without us mortals.
