Easy to purchase

It was easy to purchase what I needed. Plenty of good offers in stock and I'm happy with the quality of the products I ordered. My order took a few days to get dispatched which was disappointing, as it missed my camping trip.

Excellent customer service

My bike shed moved house with us. When I went to screw the base back down, one of the screws broke. I called customer service to see if I could get a replacement and was asked to email in all my details. I got a very prompt reply from Kelly and received new screws the next day. So refreshing to get customer service like that. Will definitely be buying another Asgard.

Worst customer service experience ever

This is really the worst customer experience I've ever had. It won't let me give zero stars!

I tried to buy a game for my son on his Switch, through the Nintendo eShop. The transaction didn't complete properly. The Switch's connection to internet is awful. I waited 15 minutes. Nothing appeared in his account. No email confirmation. No game to download. I then bought it via my Nintendo account online using a laptop.

Later, I found that Nintendo had also credited my son's account with the money. It was only £4.99 so I actually couldn't really care less. I contacted them to explain the double transaction. The emails I'm getting back, are so rude and patronising. I keep getting told that I authorised a transaction to credit my son's account, so have agreed to their terms and conditions.

They botched half a transaction.... But it's my fault. I didn't get any sort of confirmation for the first transaction, telling me I should wait before trying again. The second transaction was instant. Their 'systems' are crap.

Never buy Nintendo!

Lots of choice on their website which is really easy to use. The ordering process was straight forward and good value compared to their competitors. I've always been happy with their customer services when needed. Looking forward to getting our new training equipment and starting to use it.

It was really easy to request a repair

It was really easy to request a repair. They put me in contact with one of their local service providers who were great. I was offered an appointment really quickly and the guy who came out was very thorough. He couldn't compete the repair on the day but explained everything clearly. As soon as the additional item required was available, they contacted me again to book a second visit. Our dishwasher door is working perfectly again. Very happy with the whole experience.

Everything was delivered promptly and well packaged. My kids are enjoying playing with their hard ground football (not destroying the grass ones) and found their shin pads comfortable.

Our order arrived quickly

Our order arrived quickly and well packaged. We ordered 2 different sizes for my son to try on. Arranging the return of the pair that didn't fit was quick and easy. Will definitely order direct through Kickers again.

A friend and fellow campervan owner recommended A-Plan after my previous insurer raised my premium by £100 for the second year running. I found that A-Plan had since become Howden and they were really easy to deal with. Charlie was great and found me the perfect policy to cover everything I needed. Received links to all my documents promptly after taking out the policy.

Great service

Our wine cooler fridge developed a small fault (LED display). I requested a repair online and was given an appointment 2 days later. The person called me on the day to tell me his arrival time. He arrived on time, was lovely and replaced the faulty part quickly. Great service!!
