They also have a reward card scheme which is added after every order which you cash in when it’s full. Brilliant!!

The extra wide socks 40 denier are extremely soft and stretchy. They never fall down and wash very well, again and again. Easy to order on their website and very quick delivery. Very cost effective.

I had a subscription with Yumove for a monthly delivery. There were never any problems in delivering and product is good. There is also the ability to skip a month too.

The logs are solid and dry and they burn very well, they are cut to about 8” so perfect for our wood burner.

I still haven’t received my item despite getting in touch with you! It was despatched on 19th July when I was charged for this but haven’t received this.

Great website to order from, very quick delivery and well packed.
The pillow is lovely, well made and feels very luxurious.
The pillow covers are quite hard and cardboardy and even after washing they still feel hard and very creased.
That is the reason for only 4 stars.

Why is my nespresso order taking so long to get to me? Service from them was always first class and usually arrived the following day from ordering, I was so impressed and it was their USP! Now I never know when it’s going to turn up, I get no notification from nespresso, only the courier! This is not good enough and they need to sort themselves out! I have been a customer for over 20 years and it’s never been so bad!
UPDATE: Thank you for your prompt reply Nespresso and I appreciate your explanation. I now have a better understanding of why deliveries are being delayed. The sooner the situation is sorted the happier all your customers will be so let’s hope it’s sorted soon!
