Did not arrive at the scheduled time between 9.15-11.15 & as it was frozen goods I rang to ask where it was, I was the told it wouldn’t be arriving till late afternoon. It was the not left where we requested & left out in the sun.

Useless & very annoying. For the second week running the Gousto box was left at completely the wrong address in the rain. Where it was left is an un inhabited works unit & non residential. 🤬

Not left in the delivery box but on top. What is the point in have a box when it is left on top.

As the driver was running late it was never delivered & taken back to the depot. The reason being it was perishables so we never received our order. 😢

Left out in the rain which was a bit ridiculous as when I picked the box up it just fell apart. There was somewhere to leave it by the front door out of the rain.
