Use tis plugin in over 80+ client websites, always works as I need. Recently had a support request, Aqib Khan responded rapidly with solutions, fixed the issue and followed up to make sure all was OK. Thanks again!

Amazing customer support

Amazing customer support! The plugins used worked perfectly, but emailed to ask if it could one-day do an extra feature, within hours I had a reply with an extra plugin doing what I needed for a client site. Worked perfectly. Great service.

No refunds given, check before purchase

I purchased the Appointment Booking plugin from MotoPress expecting it would meet my needs based on their website. After several hours of testing, it became clear it wouldn’t work for my use case, so I opened a support ticket to request a refund.

Unfortunately, the support I received (from Eugene) was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told things such as: “we never stated that the Appointment Booking plugin can be used for overnight bookings. I think you would agree that ‘overnight appointments’ sounds odd.” Not only was this unhelpful, but also unnecessarily rude.

When I explained I had started a chargeback with my bank, the reply was equally unaccommodating, stating they would be “happy to provide evidence” to the bank rather than offer any resolution.

In over 20 years of purchasing premium plugins, I’ve always been refunded when a product clearly didn’t suit the use case – MotoPress is the first company I’ve encountered that refused to do so.

Warning to others: make absolutely sure this plugin fits your exact requirements before purchasing, as refunds are not guaranteed, even if the product is unusable for your situation.

Really wanted to give BT a good go, nope!

Really wanted to give BT a good go. Service was fine. On cancelling received bags to send back router and phone, they provide the Royal Mail label.

Sent back. Then start been charged for non return of equipment. (My fault, when the postie picked them up he had no receipt cards **PLEASE GET AND KEEP A RECEIPT!**

Spent hours on the phone, was told all charges will be on hold while I prove that I posted it... argued they should be able to see it on *their* Royal Mail account as they generated the label.

Logged in 2 weeks later to see a late charge added. £150+ for a router and phone (both I never used and both I sent back with their labels) ... Paid it all as the fight is too great with BT.

**PLEASE GET AND KEEP A RECEIPT FROM ROYAL MAIL WHEN YOU SEND THEIR EQUIPMENT BACK!**

Seriously knows these cars inside and out!

Drove down from near York, worth every mile. Support and questions before hand all answered and advice was greatly received. Seriously knows these cars inside and out.

Had Park Assist added to my 4M SQ7, also had the MMI upgraded to the latest version, all added to the build sheet with Audi. Nothing was too much trouble, updated throughout the day on progress and shown everything on handover.

My only regret was not realising all the extra services he offered both from a retrofit perspective but also as a Ghost installer. Means another long drive in the near future to get more bits done, as the level of service is amazing.

Not often inclined to leave reviews, but this company are fantastic.

Ordered two items several hours apart, had a refund for one shipping charge and a follow up message advising me they will ship them together.

Items arrived next day, cannot ask for better service. Great communication(s) and service.

Excessive end of contract charges

Just going through the same issues with excessive charges as I see the majority of others have been through...

Two inspections, both passed with one minor damage to one alloy (inside fair wear and tear)... the final inspection comes through once they receive the vehicle back and want to charge £241 for damages never present or reported on any inspection report(s) and that clearly was not there (they like to use the term "the car was dirty therefore couldn't be seen" - yet looking at the inspection reports/photos, it's clear to see they were not there..

To be fair they have removed some charges on challenging them, but still saying they want to charge for others so I am pursuing this further and will update the review where necessary.

It seems to be a common issue looking around with this company, up until this point they have been more than helpful and would have recommended them to anyone, shame.

They billed me for an extra month by accident, one call and it was refunded instantly, It just seems the end of contract excessive charges seems to be a recurring issue....
