Review of AidPlan

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is the most important review I've…

This is the most important review I've written this year. I cannot express how profoundly relieved I am to have found Aidplan's multidisciplinary online program for pelvic pain.
As a former musculoskeletal physiotherapist with 20 years in the NHS (I left the profession in 2011), I was blindsided when perimenopause triggered mysterious, inconsistent bladder and pelvic pain that completely upended my life. For six years, I've lived a "dimmed" existence under the shadow of these symptoms, compounded by acute health anxiety.
My initial bladder pain led me through a labyrinth of medical consultations. Without clear UTI symptoms, I avoided unnecessary antibiotics, turning instead to Chinese herbs and later Uralix to manage the pain.
Drawing on my physiotherapy background, I knew I had a hypertonic pelvic floor and needed a comprehensive approach. This led me to consult gynecologists, doctors, and women's health physiotherapists—quickly becoming financially unsustainable. Most physiotherapy focused narrowly on internal trigger points with minimal leg and buttock exercises progression. One "women's health physio" didn't even examine me, merely suggesting electrotherapy!
Only through dogged persistence did I secure HRT assistance from both my GP and a private menopause doctor, which helped me reclaim some normalcy—but it only took me so far. I was essentially navigating by trial and error, feeling desperately isolated as these issues affected every aspect of my life, particularly intimacy.
In my desperation, I turned to Google—which only amplified my fears with discussions of incurable IC (interstitial cystitis) and inevitable deterioration. I attempted another online program by a Women's Health physiotherapist but abandoned it when the opening material overloaded me with frightening information about IC and bladder instillations, triggering anxiety rather than relief.
Other pelvic health courses I tried were too cautious and veered into "waffle" territory without providing a clear progressive strategy.
Recently, I explored using AI for guidance and received solid, sensible advice explained in a non-threatening way. These explorations must have shifted my social media algorithms because one day, Aidplan appeared in my YouTube feed.

What immediately captivated me about Aidplan was:
*Their approach didn't frighten me
*They consolidated various pelvic floor/bladder issues into one manageable framework
*They instilled active hope and confidence in self-management
*They maintained a refreshingly professional, no-nonsense approach
*Crucially, their pricing was within my financial reach
*Evidence-based

Upon purchasing the course, I was immediately reassured by Aidplan's simple, professional presentation. Their approach is calm, positive, and pragmatic. They focus on what needs to happen while surrounding you with hope.
Most importantly, they motivate you to push your body further—putting substantial effort into movement, clearing trigger points, and addressing fascial tightness. Their evidence-based, multi-faceted approach doesn't overwhelm with science or fear tactics. Instead, they metaphorically hold your hand through the process, clearly demonstrating their deep understanding of chronic pelvic pain.
The program has minor "clunky" elements that could benefit from more detailed explanation and visual instruction. I understand the clinicians are German, so translation takes time. These slight imperfections don't diminish the program's value; I expect it will evolve with feedback.
I appreciate that the cost makes it accessible to more people, especially compared to other programs charging upwards of £2000.
The program feels like visiting therapists at a clinic or hospital—focused, efficient, and delivering powerful, distilled information. This "light-touch" approach hits the sweet spot between providing essential basics and allowing independence. It doesn't over-medicalise the condition.
While it may need modifications for those with limited mobility, for most sufferers, it's transformative.
I'll be recommending Aidplan to anyone suffering from these conditions. Healthcare professionals who cannot provide comprehensive pelvic pain treatment in a timely manner should also be recommending this program to their patients. Chronic pelvic and bladder pain creates a unique kind of suffering that you simply cannot switch off from—somehow more invasive than chronic knee or back pain.
Thanks to Aidplan, I now have a spring in my step and am improving daily. If I plateau, I'll seek additional support, but from a much more confident position.
Thank you, Aidplan, for giving me my life back.

Unfortunately did not live up to our…

Unfortunately did not live up to our expectations. We recently went on a Christmas Adventure City Hunt in London. Firstly, selecting the relevant hunt on payment was confusing and did not result in the hunt advertised on my link. Secondly, the hunt was placed in less attractive parts of London (no Christmas vibe in the locations also) and each stop on map was simply a prompt to complete on the phone. The prompts had no relation to the area where we were located and could be applied anywhere in the world. It meant we were going from one uninteresting location to another and forced to do everything on the phone. We expected to be searching for clues and answers in our local surroundings, using the phone for prompts, and only inputting answers. We have been on several City Treasure Hunts over the years and this was the most disappointing because it can be completed anywhere and the prompt locations felt like a random choice created with an AI bot or something similar. We gave up half-way to hunt for some Christmas feels.

Some sellers are selling fake copies of the tarot deck I designed and printed. They are infringing my copyright and I want them to be removed. The process to do that is nearly impossible on this website. I cannot get past the registration process and it's overly complex. They are biased towards supporting fake copies of items and are not to be trusted. Please send me information about a simple way to register my complaint .

Clear instructions/efficient service

Clear instructions. My test arrived swiftly, and it was delivered within a couple of days. Cerascreen kept me up to date via app and email about test progress. I contacted the company at one point as I noticed all the bad reviews. They were quick to respond, helpful, and reassuring. I had my results in their estimated times. Thank you. I wonder if some of the bad reviews are related to problems posting tests, with the strikes, etc...not sure. But I am happy with the service and will use it again.

I have ordered a product from this company two weeks ago. their website stated the product was in stock and dispatch/delivery within 5 days. Other than an invoice, I have received no further updates that it has been dispatched. They do not respond to two email enquiries and their website has been down for days in maintenance mode. I have asked for a refund. I have heard nothing. terrible service. Buyer beware. they are still on Amazon too.
