Excellent service from Wildanet. They went above and beyond to install fibre and route it through our house in a “non-standard install”. A special thanks to Dan, Ben and Tim for doing this.

Booking the install was straightforward and customer service also very good. They recently installed fibre in our street and were willing to buy me out of my existing BT contract.

Fibre internet is now active with over 1000Mbps, a big jump up from the 30 or so I had before!

I've been using Repricer for many years. It allows fine adjustment of rules, not just bidding down. We had a weird issue with a product price that has had me confused for a while. It related to the Amazon API/shipping and Ciaran from support identified and sorted it out in minutes. I should have contacted them earlier!

I hadn't seen the sign until too late and paid before leaving instead of on entry. I contacted APCOA through the chat and Fran resolved the issue for me. Chat was quick and there was no drama.

I've been with Octopus for business for a couple of years. Their rates were better than other quotes and unlike most companies, I didn't need to have someone call me to get a quote.

We've used Instantprint for Spot UV business cards a couple of times. For our latest order we had quick responses from Beth in the artwork team and look forward to receiving our new cards.

Very comprehensive tool for repricing. We've been using this for several years and it is an integral part of our business. The tool keeps getting better and better and the support is excellent. The reporting is also very good.

Repricing is a simple concept, but can become quite complex if you want to avoid a race to the bottom whilst maintaining sales. This tool allows you to implement pretty much whatever strategy you can think of, or try one of the suggested methods.

Good price and arrived on time, Box was the only shop offering next day delivery on the item.

Great service from Royal Mail. We have been using them more and more through the pandemic and whilst the odd parcel has been delayed, it has mostly been business as usual. Given the extra load, and no doubt reduced workforce, they have had to deal with they have done an outstanding job and been a lifeline for our business.

There's a strange mix of reviews here, many of which seem to complaints about shops, not the Shopify service. We use Shopify for our shop and I have no complaints about it. There are 1000's of shops based on Shopify. I'm sure not all of them provide great service, but that's not the fault of Shopify. Shopify itself provides an excellent service.

I've used Instant Promotion a couple of times, and recommended them to a colleague. Very happy with the service and they resolved an issue with a gazebo that developed a fault quickly.
