Used eSpares twice now. Once I needed to send product back as part didn't fit (more photos of different angles of sone products would be useful).
Both times, delivery very quick, refund quick for first product. Second product ( washing machine seal) was great and competitively priced - there was even eSpares video on You tube to show how to fit.

CEX couldn't fulfil an order (mobile phone) online which is fair enough. However, they had taken my money as soon as the order was placed and I was notified I would not receive a refund for 10 working days. I still have not received my refund.
So BEWARE. Quick to take money, very slow to refund.

Please be assured you were not charged for the order and the allocated funds would be returned to you within 10 working days by your bank.

Used Ebuyer to buy laptop. Arrived the next day as promised. Email support was also good to answer query about Windows 8.1. Would recommend Ebuyer and in fact have just bought laptop for my husband.

I found the experience easy and quick from beginning to end. Website was quite easy to use. Product arrived quickly and quality of card and printing was as I hoped. My only small criticism would be that the envelopes were quite a bit larger. I realise some people like to put maps etc in, but even so slightly smaller envelopes would be better. Thanks
