Absolute Disgusting Tactics - Avoid! Vivanmn's behaviour is nothing short of…

Vivanmn's behaviour is nothing short of despicable. After being a loyal customer, I was appalled to discover they had placed my last order on an auto-repeat subscription without my knowledge or consent. There was no clear opt-in, no warning, and no email notification. This is a deliberate and cynical attempt to force a long-time customer into recurring payments.
I'm utterly disgusted by this low-level, scummy tactic. It shows a complete lack of respect for their customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere and using one of your many competitors from now on. No doubt they will say I can change my preferences or cancel at anytime, however, to do this you need to know you have been auto enrolled to do this!! You've lost a loyal customer for good. Absolutely shameful behaviour.

We have two options on our product page, the first (pre selected) is a one time purchase, the second is a subscription, please note that the customer has to select the subscription for it to activate. Unlike other businesses, we never pre select the subscription option.

Adding to the above, customers are free to cancel, skip or change a subscription at any time within the customer portal.

My recent experience with Chrono24 has…

My recent experience with Chrono24 has been deeply disappointing, raising significant concerns about the platform's due diligence processes and its ability to safeguard buyers. While Chrono24 positions itself as a secure marketplace for luxury watches, my specific transaction highlighted serious deficiencies.
I attempted to complete a deal where the seller proved to be highly evasive and difficult to communicate with. This immediately raised red flags, prompting me to conduct my own background checks on the selling entity. To my dismay, I discovered that the company had reportedly only been operating since 2022 with little to no discernible assets. This finding is particularly alarming, as it suggests a lack of robust vetting by Chrono24 prior to allowing such entities to operate on their platform.
Chrono24's supposed "Buyer Protection" and "strict dealer guidelines" appear insufficient when a seller with such a short and unestablished history can engage in difficult and potentially risky transactions. While Chrono24 does utilise an escrow service, designed to hold funds until the buyer confirms satisfaction, this mechanism alone does not mitigate the risk of dealing with unverified or unreliable sellers in the first instance. The platform's commitment to "Authenticity" and "Quality & Security team" should, in theory, extend to thoroughly assessing the operational legitimacy and financial stability of its sellers.
Based on this experience, it is evident that Chrono24 is not conducting sufficient due diligence to genuinely protect buyers. A marketplace dealing in high-value luxury items has a responsibility to ensure that its sellers are legitimate and operate with a certain level of established credibility. The failure to identify and address the issues with this particular seller prior to my engagement reflects poorly on Chrono24's operational integrity.
Ultimately, this was a poor experience, and it has severely diminished my confidence in Chrono24 as a secure and trustworthy platform for purchasing luxury watches. Buyers should exercise extreme caution and conduct their own extensive research, as Chrono24's existing protective measures may not be as comprehensive as they claim.

Untrustworthy company who produce tat

A company which is not transparent nor trustworthy. From start to finish was a dreadful experience. Their products are sub-par at the very best bordering on tat. They quite clearly operate out of China with their UK base being a flower shop in Southampton used for returns. Want your money back? You’ll be waiting for about 6 weeks with constantly having to badger them. Save your time and don’t bother using these charlatans.

Exceptional work by the production team, cast and musicians. Fabulous storyline that was educational too as I did not realise some of the facts and I’m 56!!

An utter shambles! What a shambles of a company

What a shambles of a company. Unable to contact due to lines being closed even though they should be open. Their delivery was £80 and was told they had been delivered to find out they hadn’t and my builder is looking for them to complete my refurbishment. Utter clowns of the logistics world with garbage communication skills.

The response below is not correct. Their phone lines said they opened at 09:30 on the Saturday and there was no voicemail whatsoever. Yet again, an unscrupulous way to deal with a customer service issue. Rather than trying to create a response of easing the issue to the watching public, I suggest you get on and fix the issue you created instead of using mirrors and smokescreens in your response to suggest I was wrong.

Firstly, please do accept our apologies as the office was closed on Saturday which is usually the case. However, due to unforseen circumstances we were not open for business as usual. We had advertised the temporary closure on our website, Google and left a voice message on our lines to advise as such, so I'm sorry if you had not seen this information.

I understand that since your attempt to contact us over the weekend, that you have spoken to one of the members in our Customer Service Team of whom had looked into the issue with the delivery, to which it was then resolved.

As we had not fulfilled our 48 hour delivery window for the express service you'd paid for, we have also refunded this for you as an apology for the inconvenience.
