Ordered bed and spare cover 13 April which were showing in stock. On 18 April showed as DPD received order details but not yet received parcel. Sent email to them - 5 days later received a reply saying out of stock but expected in a week or two. Saw bad reviews on Trust Pilot so cancelled my order and did chargeback with credit card company. I emailed K9 beds and stated order cancelled as communication very poor and had now read Trust Pilot reviews Thought that was the end of it until today had email saying parcel from K9 beds bring delivered. Contacted DPD to say I will refuse parcel and also contracted Josh Bird stating he should cancel the delivery via DPD and again informed him that I had done a charge back with my credit card company. I have not received any communication from the company - continuing with my charge back as can’t trust them, just hope that is the last I hear of this.

Best beds on the market I have 5 of these already but two of them needed replacing after 18 years! I have used the fluffy covers always in the past but have tried a different cover this time - the twill pheasant one but I will go back to the fluffy covers in the future as think they will last longer. I am hoping there will be a deal on soon to buy another bed and more covers! The quality of the beds is first class

Parcels left by gate obviously been thrown out of a van driver had not bothered to drive down to our door to leave them in the front porch - our safe place was front porch their note said left in safe place front gate!!we were in but if I hadn’t checked the app would not have known they had basically been dumped there - will never agree to have anything delivered by Yodel ever again. Ironically we had other parcels delivered today and to our front door by different carriers. Appalling service
