Arrived in a box too small . Not wrapped up . Cracked and broken. No apology just told to return

Excellent Service

A very personal experience. Kevin was always helpful and would do his best to sort out problems which occurred . Would recommend this company as this is the 3rd time of getting a new van from them over 10+ years and still excellent service.

Box was open . Cashier checked to make sure nothing was missing and told me all good. When I got home all the covers for the lights purchased were missing!!!

Theatre Meal Deal

Booked a theatre trip with meal. Total disaster . Resturant could not cope. In the end left resturant withot even eating. (Talbot Victoria)

A special planned occasion completely ruined.

Spoke to Last Minute . Com . They apologised and said they would look into it. Never heard anythink back.

Will never use them again.
