The company were easy to deal with and the blinds arrived on time, well packaged and the correct size. Only 4 stars because the horizontal stitching has made holes that the light comes through the blackout fabric (understandable but annoying) and there is a tiny flaw in the fabric letting a pinprick of light through.

Company communicated quickly and effectively with regard to potential delivery delay. All sorted and the parcel was delivered the next day.

Purchase was delivered on the stated date (though not till the evening) and all good. I was disappointed to see I had been charged a credit card supplement as I don't remember seeing that flagged up when I placed the order.
