Be aware of automatic renewal
Had a renewal quote from policy expert for house and contents 2nd week in May, significantly higher than the previous year, i did a search for insurance for the same cover and found one 37% cheaper, i contacted policy expert, i spoke too them in person, they could not match or get near the qoute, I cancelled the policy and auto renewal, now 2 weeks later, auto renewal not cancelled and they have taken the payment which as made me over drawn, also it was taken 4 days before due date, yes I will get a refund, yes customer service sorted the issue out, but now i have to wait upto 3 working days for the refund, AND find the extra money to pay for the new insurance

Buying a socket set,spanners and a torch, 3 sets of each, good prices, all was easy to do, the only issue is,not everyone is available for next day delivery, no where is there any where to select delivery day/date,this needs to be addressed, in the end,i had to contact via phone to try and get this sorted,apart from this,all was a smooth transaction

On line order
Had a slight hiccup with my on line order, thanks too Rachel F, it was sorted within 10 minutes, missing items to be delivered next day, all sorted

I have a regular order, always informed of next delivery date, slightly dearer than Amazon due to having to pay for delivery, but order never messed up as Amazon did on numerous occasions, will continue to use so long as competitive prices
