DISAPPOINTMENT

Dear Company!
I am really disappointed from your delivery!
I order acupressure ring and its not working anymore,. Its split in place when should be together. I can not use it anymore. Very upset...I bought it after referencing by my friend. He use it for 15 years, me only 2 days! I am going to place my complain on web side, you are delivering not good quality of products.

We do our very best to ensure that all products we sell are of the highest quality and reach our customers in the best possible way. On occasion however manufacturing or delivery issues may occur. whenever this happens we are always happy to refund or replace the item in question.

When any issue occurs it is always best for the customer to contact us directly first so we can deal directly with the problem as quickly as possible (This did not happen in this instance).

For this particular customer a free replacement and full refund was issued.
