Not only did my product only have a 5 month use by date which I think is quite short for a health product - but when I opened the box there were no instructions inside and the box said that you needed to follow the instructions. So pretty poor all round and would not recommend.

Really disappointed. Placed an order and I am no longer able to track where it is. Also I used to receive updates regards where my order was in the system but again nothing. Tried calling but no reply and a message is to be left. Not sure if they got it or even if they will return my call. A new company has been brought in Unified Retail Ltd and since they have taken over everything has gone down hill. A very dissatisfied customer!!!

I phoned this morning (11th) to chase an order I placed on the 5th and the young man I spoke to was really unhelpful. He pointed out that the deadline was "working days" and I reciprocated by saying that I already knew this and the 2-3 working day deadline had already passed.
When I asked when I could expect to receive my products and if I was going to receive an email telling me that they had been dispatched, he hung up on me!
Seriously Blue Herbs, you charge premium prices, please try and employ premium people!

ADDENDUM: Moments after posting this I have received an emailed emailed apology and a 5% discount voucher so I have bumped them from 3 to 4 stars.
