The Avanti website is excellent, very well structured and easy to use when inputting data about the various medical conditions that woiuld affect your holiday insurance. This is my second purchase of their insurance policy and I hope that if I were to make a claim it would be problem free.

Placed an order for a Home Phone (HPRXBTDV) and it came, via Royal Mail, within the stated time scale and it works as expected. However there is one feature not present on this phone there is no indicator showing missed calls. You have to go and check whereas my DECT phone had a liitle red light, very useful.

The Emerald and Diamond Eternity Ring 18K purchased is perfect and is exactly as depicted on the website. The recipient is also delighted with it. The purchase process is excellent with emails informing you of exactly how it is proceeding.

I have been buying logs from this company for years and I have nothing but praise for their products and their service.

Excellent service with regards to placing the order for a rug and its subsequent delivery. This is the second time I have made a purchase and this was based upon my previous experience. Finally the product range, product information and the web site are also excellent.

Reprted a broadband problem in the evening and it was resolved the following day. I was kept informed of the fault resolution process by a number of texts. In the afternoon, of the following day, the assigned engineer, Simon, called at my house to inform me the fault had been fixed and it had been an external issue. A truly excellent service.

Purchased two polo shirts on line however the size was too large for the recipient. Found I could take the shirts back to a local store to exchange or have a refund. Took the shirts back to the Farnham store and the staff could not have been more helpful. Changed the shirts for one size smaller and every aspect is now perfect.

This assessment is based upon the website form filling which was straight forward. The cost and cover is acceptable however the test will be if I have to make a claim. For someone with medical conditions

Went to the store and collected the lights without any problem. A very efficient service definately would use click and collect again.

Ordered a Yalameh / Yallameh rug - 4'7 x 1'9 on Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday. Fantastic service and a fantastic rug. I know where to look for rugs etc. in the future.

Place an order via the web and get the confirmation within a very short space of time. Enter the Toolstation facility and pick up the order with no delay. What more can I say a very slick operation.

We have used A-Plan for insurance for many years now. The main reason being if there is a claim we just walk down to their premises and there is some there to help.

I have used logsforsale for a number of years and I have always found their logs to meet specification and the delivery service they use has always been excellent.
