I took out my original mortgage and have gone through two renewals with Limitless. The team there are fantastic, attention to detail and proactivity with updates help to take some of the stress out of the process. What I really appreicated is the teams transparency and integrity...when selecting products, I had advised if there are no cash back offers available for myself but high commission rates available for products which offerred the same/similar rates, that the team should advise me on these options so they cold maximise their earning. This request was respectfully declined with the key message of that their priority is making sure we get the right product/best possible deal for me and not for them. Kudos to the team and thank you Kim Barton for all of your help.

Limitless are assisting me with my mortgage, needless to say, due to the current interest rates, it is not a pleasurable exercise atm.
Although the outlook is a bit a bleak, the service I have received is phenomenal. Kim has been a pleasure to work with on the renewal, very friendly, personable and reassuring.
It's not great situation but it is a market condition and Kim really has helped to put my mind at ease and I know/trust she has my best interests in the center of the work she is doing.
Thank you to Kim and to the wider team at Limitless - certainly helping me to make the most of a bad situation :)

Jon from Charged EV installed visited my property to install my Easee One charge point this morning and I was nothing short of impressed.
Jon was extremely polite and professional during the install and was able to carry out the work with minimal disruption to my work day (this was great as I do work from home).

Responsive and professional customer service

I can't thank the team at Limitless enough for all of their assistance. I think it is fair to say that there were a number of ups and downs through the application process (and having to switch lenders to find the best possible LTV deal for me) but the team remained positive, proactive and delivered a fantastic service. I honestly can't fault them!

Being a first time buyer, I wasn't really sure what to expect in terms of all the paper work, questions, lead times etc. and it all felt very daunting. I have to say that the service provided by Adam at MME has been second to none. Extremely responsive, personable and has really taken the stress out of the process for us. After receiving a quote and requesting a pack, i received the pack the next day and posted my phone. Two days later I received a cheque for the quoted ammount. What else can I say? 5 star service and I would reccomend!
