The website is easy to use and has accurate stock information (unlike several rival sites). Pricing is very competitive. I was kept well informed of progress with my order. My only criticism (and the reason for 4 stars and not 5) is with the delivery process and dates. I paid extra for next day delivery however having ordered on Monday evening, I was expecting to be able to receive my order on Wednesday, however the earliest available was Thursday. A little disappointing given the extra paid! Other than that, an excellent experience!

With a delivery window of 3 hours, the delivery was still an hour late. Having planned my day around the delivery window, this was very inconvenient. Fortunately the driver arrived just as I was leaving so I didn't miss it. The driver didn't say a word, no apology, not even a greeting. I'm giving 2 stars simply because the parcel arrived on the correct day. This is about the only positive thing I can say about it.

Don't believe their delivery estimates, they are way off. I bought a canvas print as a gift and it arrived 3 days later than their site suggested, which was 2 days later than I needed it. The print itself is good quality, but make sure you order well in advance if when you need it. I wish I'd read other reviews before I used them

The prices on the website are great, especially on a Friday when they seem to have additional discounts. The drawback is how phenomenally slow they are with their shipping! I always feel a bit nervous when ordering internationally and it's really not helped when orders just sit at a processing status for days and days after placing them - they're so slow I end up feeling like it's a scam. Ordering from exxpozed is a hugely frustrating experience...

Good site with good clear photos of products. My big gripe is the huge difference between the price you bid and the price you end up paying. With commission (yes, both buyer and seller pay commission), VAT and (very expensive) shipping, you can add an extra 50% onto the amount you bid!
Given that they have your details on your profile and can assume that they're shipping to your address, perhaps they could include some sort of indicative 'final cost to you' when you bid rather than leaving you feeling a bit downhearted when you actually come to pay for your lot and see all the extra costs stack up?

Absolutely abysmal service. They have postponed my booking several times now and the day before I finally thought my car was going to be repaired they phoned to tell me that they weren't going to be able to offer a courtesy car as promised so once again, the repair has to be postponed. I would avoid this company at all costs as they are an absolute shambles.
