LTS always come up trumps when I’m searching for inspiration!

Good quality products. However I object to paying return postage for an item sold as a woman’s size 18 and being sent a size L which is unisex. The item was a cotton hoodie and too tight around the tummy. Had I received a woman’s sized item the female shape would have been taken into account. I feel it was a misrepresentation at the point of sale but Cotton Traders didn’t respond to my email.

All my purchases have been of a decent quality. Delivery time good and instructions followed by the courier.

Cotton traders are reliable and cater for people who cannot wear synthetic material. I rate them 100% but wearing the unisex range sometimes has its drawbacks backs. I’ve just received a cotton hoodie and because I am female it’s too tight on my hips. I need to return it and get the next size up. I’m hoping the next size won’t be too big across my shoulders.
For all female shoppers if you have an hour glass or pear shape figure remember to size up on hoodies!

I was surprised at how simple it was to place my parcel in the locker. I was fearing non recognition of my code and needing to faff about. If it continues to be as simple I’ll use this service regularly.

The courier was most helpful in placing the heavy parcel on top of our wheelie bins which made it easier for my husband to lift off and carry through. Far easier than placing it on the floor.

This was my second time buying a boot liner for one of my cars. Love the fixings on my latest one. So easy for me to fit by myself.

I was disappointed to have notification a couple of days after placing my order the coat was no longer in stock. However I did get a follow up email offering a discount if I chose to shop with lighthouse in the future. It made me smile because the discount offered is widely available to everyone

Easy to order, took advantage of half price offer but would never pay full price for these chinos, they fade after a few washes in non bio and 30c
