It took more than a week for the order to be delivered

Website isn't great but otherwise delivered on their promise.

I was at the stop ten minutes before departure time. Twenty minutes later the bus had not showed up. Complete failure of service with no chance of refund. Will never use again.

Getting a COVID test is not a joyful activity but DAM Health made it an easy process. They had even dropped their prices 25% just a couple of days before. We received our negative results within an hour.

Premier seeds charge less than half the price of other suppliers and their packets have more seeds. Just bear in mind that the packets themselves have no pictures or instructions.

DPD gave a delivery window of 1 hour and delivered within 10 minutes of the start of the window. I've not experienced any delivery company being so precise and delivering so promptly.

Found old email. Clicked re-order. Two days later the lenses arrived.

Easy to use, competitive prices, good communication and quick delivery time. Everything arrived as expected.

Ordered too many tiles and they were not interested in taking any back. Couldn't be bothered to answer my emails.

Great value for money, good communication and better than expected trees

Have made two orders with Zalando. Each time one item was the wrong size. In general I find their prices a bit high. On the plus side, the returns system works perfectly.

I use Zalando all the time, so obviously they are not all bad ;-). They are still not the cheapest, but I usually only buy stuff that is reduced. And a couple of new things are annoying:
1. Some things are not delivered by Zalando but by a 3rd party seller, so you get more packets delivered and you have to send multiple packets back.
2. Some items are labeled as coming from a long distance and you have to pay for delivery. Having realised this I don't buy such stuff.

But the worst thing is the male models they use to demonstrate the clothes. So often they are way too thin with vacant looks and terrible hair styles. Can we not have normal people?

But, as mentioned before, the returns process is simple and money is refunded no questions asked within a few days. Good thing too because they just delivered the wrong item again.

Gave the best price for the lenses I wanted compared to other online sellers, and I received the lenses in a couple of days. Will definitely use again.

I have made a couple of purchases from wetsuitoutlet. They have a good range, competitive prices and low p&p costs - that's important to me because I don't live in the UK. The orders have been delivered very quickly and the merchandise has been as described. I will always look to them first for future purchases.
