Really poor customer service!Guy shouting me down for asking for help, complaint went nowhere and endless messages asking me to activate my account when it’s working!

Beginning to regret being with Asda.

So reply was to make further contact when I am already inundated with ASDA spam - clearly did not read the review!

Intrusive and irrelevant questions and being ranted at for the most expensive purchase of my life made me hang up.

Even scam callers are more polite.

Left a bitter taste and felt scammed

Whilst I declared everything possible about the 3 phones to sell was quoted £180, one phone in particular lived its life in a case and screen protector and in my opinion in extremely good condition, another was quoted at £40 and was reduced by 95%!

I was truly amazed at the faults found - "camera not working" or "mic not working" and clearly something very odd here as they were fine for me.

Overall I got £60 and felt completely scammed and should have gone to the mainstream buyers, I suggest you do too.

Port in problems

Awful customer service that consistently gave false information that my number had been ported which it hadn’t and left me unable to receive calls.

Fobbed off too many times and agents won’t hang up calls so you can leave feedback unless you hang on for 15 minutes listening to hold music.
A company without integrity and haven’t even used the service yet.

Update: kept on hold for 80 minutes to prevent me leaving feedback - businesses that hate their customers won't be around for long.

Dear Lebara
Thank you for your email - clearly you do not understand my issue is that I cannot receive calls so your efforts to call me were futile.
Whilst I was leaving the feedback I was speaking with an advisor who stated they wanted me off the call as it had been more than 3 minutes and then put me on hold for 80 minutes so that I could not leave feedback - or so she thought as I carried on working and when she did terminate the call I left the appropriate feedback responses.
This was typical of the behaviour I experienced yesterday also.
Clearly, to experience this situation it reflects that your "Customer Service Team" holds its customers in contempt and has plenty of time to waste by not dealing with issues being experienced by those who keep you in business- YOUR CUSTOMERS!
I have also given my wife's number as an alternative (07970 xxxxxx) but no calls were received.
My experience is summarised as "EVERYTHING LEBARA SAYS TURNS OUT TO BE UNTRUE.

Quality of the stand was not as…

Quality of the stand was not as expected, I built it as per instructions but does not feel steady.

Perhaps I should rebuild at a lower height?

Given the reputation of Rutlands and this being my first purchase it does feel at odds - I’ll be more careful in future.
