Very strange outfit to deal with, no address or phone number. service & product was actually fine , but one a star might mean that they actually read ! ?? . Are they British ; Danish or front for Chinese company ; very opaque set up.
Thanks for full response, but again it was addressed Dear philip ; but signed off as Lifestyle Garden Customer Services Team , not Fred , Customer Services manager. I may be old fashioned but prefer a personal approach, not a faceless and nameless organisation which was the gist of my original comment .

Staff were very pleasant helpful and knowledgable but this didn't forestall a problem with a special order from a supplier who had a weeks shut-down. My specials were originally due in 3 working days but actually took 11 and then only when i chased up. Prices were competitive and I would use this company again.
Best price found. Delivered next day ;two seperate City Link vans from seperate depots arrived together and both rang front door without finding office round side.Re-delivered next day no problem . Chose Crescent because working in Crowborough therefore if any probs could not hide as faceless internet company and nice to give business to independant rather than enormous nationals who think 21 days to fix power pack (after needlessly changing screen) is acceptable customer service.
