Hi Roots plants are always great and good value. This time Roots was let down by dispatch and carrier as follows:
A - Part of order was missing.
B Courier did not turn up on date/time with no warning or update.
C Courier had tumbled one of the boxes and plant was lying in bottom of the box out of its pot.
