Horrible!!!Scam!!! Beware
I ordered from here and never received the product. I filed with my bank and it was reversed because they said I did receive the product. I tracked the product and it still says in transit. Never arrived. So I am out $148 with no product. They falsified documents to the bank that I received the product. If they would have not lied to the bank that the product had been delivered, it would have not been reversed. Now, I have to reopen the claim due to false documents provided by the company. I have the tracking number that states still in transit

Chargebacks are handled directly by the cardholder’s financial institution, and once a dispute is filed, the bank becomes the sole decision-maker regarding the outcome. If a refund request had been submitted to us directly instead of through a chargeback, we may have been able to assist in line with our refund policy. However, after a dispute is opened, we are no longer able to offer alternative resolution options through our system.
If you have any questions about the bank’s decision, we recommend contacting your financial institution for clarification.
