My initial contact in store was with a staff member called Breeda Kennedy. She was very polite and more important knowledgeable. She went out of her way to check if items were in stock and dealing with her was a very positive experience. Another important thing was me was I was kept informed re delivery and furniture arrived on schedule. Delivery people were very efficient.
